Jayati is a two-man band consisting of Nathan Hanley (Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard) and Jah’n Song (Percussion, Vocals).

They met in Palo Alto, California more than twenty years ago, and began playing music together almost immediately. Now they practice and record all of their songs at Jahn’s abode in Woodside, California.

Over the years they have played with a number of other great musicians and chosen various monikers, including Illusion (with Michael N. Paine) and Roots Rebellion.

A number of years ago Jah’n came across the name Jayati, and it stuck.
